I’m a Practitioner Life Coach with over 40 years of experience working in the hospitality and catering industry as a chef. Throughout my career, I’ve learned that working with people is about so much more than skills and experience — it’s about understanding them, listening to them and helping them become the best version of themselves.
As a chef and professional in a demanding industry, I have spent many years teaching, training and supporting people from all different backgrounds. I’ve developed strong skills in communication, leadership, motivation and, most importantly, listening to people without judgement.
Over the past four years, I have also dedicated myself to training and developing my skills as a life coach. This journey has given me the knowledge, tools and confidence to help people look at their lives from a different perspective, identify what may be holding them back and work towards positive change.
As The Kind Coach, my approach is exactly that — kind, understanding, supportive and completely non-judgemental. I believe everyone has the potential to make positive changes in their life, whether that’s personally, professionally or simply finding greater confidence, motivation and direction.
My role isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to listen, ask the right questions, help you discover your own answers and support you as you move forward.
Whatever stage of life you are at, sometimes having someone genuinely listen can make all the difference.
I’m here to listen. I’m here to understand. And I’m here to help you move forward.
Welcome to The Kind Coach.
